Refund Policy – Smart Modern School

Introduction

At Smart Modern School, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of both parents and students. We offer a clear and transparent refund policy.

Refund Before the Start of Classes

For refund requests before the start of classes, 10% of the paid monthly amount will be deducted as an administrative fee.

Refund During the First Week of Classes

For refund requests during the first week of classes, 30% of the paid monthly amount will be deducted.

Refund After the First Week of Classes

For Monthly Fees: No refunds are available after more than one week of classes.
For Semester or Full-Year Fees: Refunds are available for the months in which the student has not started classes.

The months in which classes were attended will be calculated at the original price without the discount offered for the semester or full year.

The parent bears the bank commission fee resulting from the refund, estimated at around 4% of the refunded amount.

Refund Procedure

The refund will be credited back to the same card used for payment.
The parent may request proof of the refund from the school.
It may take up to three weeks for the refunded amount to appear in the parent’s account. This period depends on banking procedures and is beyond our control.
In case of a delayed refund, the parent can contact their bank using the proof of transfer.
