نحن في سمارت مودرن سكول نسعى دائمًا لضمان رضا أولياء الأمور والطلاب. نقدم سياسة استرداد رسوم تتسم بالشفافية والوضوح.
استرداد الرسوم قبل بداية الدراسة
عند طلب الاسترداد قبل بدء الدراسة، يتم خصم 10% من المبلغ الشهري المدفوع كرسوم إدارية.
استرداد الرسوم خلال الأسبوع الأول من الدراسة
عند طلب الاسترداد خلال الأسبوع الأول من بدء الدراسة، يتم خصم 30% من المبلغ الشهري المدفوع.
استرداد الرسوم بعد الأسبوع الأول من الدراسة
- للرسوم الشهرية: لا يمكن استرداد الرسوم بعد مرور أكثر من أسبوع على بدء الدراسة.
- للرسوم المدفوعة للفصل الدراسي أو العام الدراسي الكامل: يمكن استرداد الرسوم للأشهر التي لم يبدأ الطالب الدراسة بها.
يتم حساب الأشهر التي تم الدراسة بها بالقيمة الأصلية دون الخصم الممنوح للفصل أو العام الدراسي.
يتحمل ولي الأمر نسبة العمولة البنكية الناتجة عن رد المبلغ، والتي تقدر بنحو 4% من المبلغ المسترد.
إجراءات استرداد الرسوم
- يتم رد المبلغ على نفس البطاقة التي تم الدفع من خلالها.
- يمكن لولي الأمر طلب صورة تفيد برد المبلغ من المدرسة.
- قد يستغرق وصول المبلغ إلى حساب ولي الأمر فترة تصل إلى ثلاثة أسابيع. تعتمد هذه الفترة على الإجراءات البنكية وليست تحت سيطرتنا.
- في حالة تأخر استرداد المبلغ، يمكن لولي الأمر مراجعة البنك الخاص به باستخدام صورة التحويل.
